We’ve changed our look and now York Region Community Foundation is operating as Vital York. The look and feel is the only change you’ll see because we continue with our mission as a vital link between philanthropy, charities and our community.

How?

  • We build endowment funds from the gifts of donors.
  • We provide flexible, comprehensive donor services by offering a wide range of giving opportunities and helping donors achieve their own charitable goals.
  • We make grants from the income generated by established endowments to qualified organizations.
  • We also make grants from flow-through donations.
  • We act as catalyst with community partners to to consider community priorities and action around community needs.
